The Microbase Motorbike Corp. is a dynamic organization seeking an accomplished Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team.

As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts on behalf of the organization while maintaining positive customer relations and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Your primary objective is to minimize financial losses and support the company's financial stability.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a 2-year vocational course or college-level education
  • A valid driver's license with Restriction #1
  • Proficiency in basic computation using a calculator
  • High motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain integrity and loyalty

Prior fieldwork experience is highly desirable but not necessary.

You will be assigned to one of two branches:

Microbike Agoo located at FMG Building San Jose Sur Agoo La Union

Microbike Rosario located at Junction Camp One Rosario La Union

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 20,000 - PHP 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
