Key Position Description

This role involves coordinating and reviewing architectural drawings with a team lead and engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities Overview
  • Coordinate and review architectural drawings with the team lead and engineers.
  • Provide timely updates on any delays or changes in scope.
  • Ensure architectural drawings meet required quality, schedule, and standards.
  • Release technical queries daily and maintain compliance with relevant industry regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent drafting technology diploma.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in detailing steel and concrete structures.
  • Proficient in Revit and additional tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and intuition.
