Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic technology, platform, and architectural decisions to optimize extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making key decisions regarding technology, platforms, and architectures to enhance ETL pipeline performance, resilience, and transparency.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic technology, platform, and architectural decisions to improve ETL pipeline efficiency.
  • Develop internal processes and guidelines for departmental direction.
  • Owning a foundational piece of our product by moving customer data into our data warehouse.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a data engineer with Python as the primary language.
  • Strong DevOps skills in a Linux environment, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Demonstrated ability to define technical standards, internal best practices, and documentation for a growing team.
