
Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing import bookings, coordinating customer orders with overseas agents, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process Import Bookings and coordinate customer order with overseas agents
- Communicate with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
- Track shipment orders and provide status reports
- Invoice customers and process creditor invoices
- Arrange transportation and cartage services
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end order processing activities
- Proficiency in using Cargowise, ICS, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
- Permanent remote work arrangement (terms and conditions apply)
