Freelance Interview Host Position

M3 Global Research seeks a skilled Freelance Interview Host to support market research studies.

The company manages thousands of online interviews annually and has developed QualStage, an easy-to-use, secure platform replicating high-quality in-person research experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be a point of contact for technical platform issues.
  • Assess user technical support levels.
  • Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews.
  • Facilitate interview starts and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Support moderator and interpreter trainings.
  • Triage and communicate issues to the product team.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one language: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
  • Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms preferred.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
