Job Description

As a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing automated tests.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas that can be automated and create scripts that simulate user actions and behavior. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies and processes
  • Performing thorough automation and manual testing to ensure software stability and functionality
  • Initiating and reviewing the design and development of all aspects of automation testing, including the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts
  • Monitoring automation processes and preparing status reports on progress
  • Documenting automation processes and designing an efficient automation framework for web products
  • Developing reusable and robust test cases and evaluating results
  • Providing insights on improving the tools, environment, and architecture of our automation framework and test scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation and manual testing
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium and Cypress
  • Solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to provide inputs regarding improvements to our existing automation framework
