  • Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assist with job advertising and stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
