Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, providing strategic support to business leaders.
  • Deliver timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering a positive and respectful experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruiting strategies and processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their career goals, with a customer-centric mindset and approach.
