We are seeking a skilled Building Management Systems Engineer to join our team at Daikin Airconditioning Philippines Inc. This role will focus on providing technical sales support for our Applied and Solutions Business, specifically iPlant Manager and BMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates for spec-in, client budgetary price, and bid requirements;
- Work closely with Daikin Singapore on commercial and technical matters;
- Participate in client clarification meetings, technical bid inspections, and coordination;
- Analyze engineering drawings, system architectures, specifications, and requirements for CPMS/BMS;
- Configure and program Daikin iPlant Manager controllers;
- Attend commissioning of Daikin-supplied iPlant Manager controllers;
- Conduct energy audits and compile reports for customer reference;
- Monitor project installation progress for Chiller Plant Management System.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software application development, preferably in the HVAC industry;
- Advanced programming skills in Niagara 4;
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and building automation protocols;
- Understanding of HVAC system design, control theory, and energy efficiency principles;
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex control systems;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
