Paid Search Campaign Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Campaign Specialist to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, personal development, and professional advancement.

As a Paid Search Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing paid campaigns, executing rigorous keyword management strategies, adjusting bid tactics, and navigating various campaign types and attribution models. You will also be tasked with identifying tracking needs or issues, improving Quality Scores, and analyzing campaign data to generate actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Executing robust keyword management strategies to drive performance.
  • Developing and refining bid strategies to optimize budget allocation.
  • Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • A strong command of bid strategies and budget optimization techniques.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
