Estimator Position

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced estimator to perform takeoffs based on drawings, manage RFPs, assemble estimates, and ensure all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on received drawings
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools

Benefits & Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position working from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (varies for international teams)
