Job Title

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract management and automation, including day-to-day operations and efficient process setup.

The successful candidate will also have experience with contract review, drafting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process contracts through approval workflows, verify forms are filled out correctly, route to approvers, and send to signatories
  • Review and redline contracts, draft key term summaries highlighting terms and risks for project managers
  • Manage contracts within a contract management system, including creating templates, folders, directing files to locations, and performing other typical tasks
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows, define no-code rules for document routing (e.g., sending for approvals, escalating based on conditions)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree with 3+ years experience working with contracts, including review, redlining, and drafting
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills, ability to create concise contract summaries
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems, including creating templates, organizing files, applying tags for searchability
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems
