We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee regional payroll functions for REMITLY PHL OPERATIONS INC. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant pay processing while maintaining detailed records and reports for management review.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Payroll Processing or Payroll Accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Workday payroll experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll for all employees, including full-time and part-time staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
