About The Role

This strategic position combines leadership and execution, requiring a highly skilled Operations Manager to drive internal operations and deliver exceptional service standards across teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end client lifecycle, monitoring Executive Partner performance, and implementing corrective actions to ensure consistently high-quality service.

Additionally, you will gather and analyze client feedback to anticipate needs, course-correct in real-time, and drive continuous improvement.

Serving as the voice of the client internally, you will ensure alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize systems and processes to drive seamless execution.
  • Mentor and inspire a remote team of Executive Partners to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to equip new hires with the skills needed to deliver top-tier client support.
  • Shadow and audit EP workflows to provide actionable coaching, performance feedback, and accountability.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in EA Operations Manager or Chief of Staff-type roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience mentoring or managing professionals in a team leadership capacity.
  • Proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience.
  • Tech-fluency comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Hubspot, and Outlook.
