Senior Governance Specialist

The role of the Senior Governance Specialist is to ensure that international governance teams deliver exceptional services and promote those ideas through the organization. The position works closely with operations, client management, and local teams to address customer and program concerns and improve client and candidate experiences through better visibility, effective operations execution, and improvements in key performance indicators such as turnaround time, quality, unable to verify rates and efficiencies.

  • Support personnel for team POCs in all aspects of global vendor management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management.
  • Contribute to problem identification and data analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Analyze performance trends against 'Service Level Agreements' and operational goals.
  • Maintain operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
  • Provide insights and monitor process updates in expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent courses.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
    • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
    • Able to think strategically and lead.
    • 'Customer First' mindset.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Experience in reporting on key metrics.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions, and manage/meet tight deadlines.
    • Result driven.
    • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
