Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel expertise to customize, build, and manage white-labeled CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work directly with business owners or teams to implement automation workflows, build funnels, onboard clients, and provide ongoing operational support.

  • Set up and maintain white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Design and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Assist in client onboarding, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption of the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize systems, and guarantee a seamless user experience for clients.

The role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate timelines and deliverables. The selected candidate will conduct research on features or competitor CRMs, serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, and manage client communication effectively. Additionally, they will prepare walkthroughs and training materials to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
