Expert Zoho Migration Specialist

Seeking a seasoned Zoho expert to spearhead the migration of our core operations to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Desk, and Creator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition, configuring and optimizing Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency, setting up third-party integrations, developing custom scripts, and providing training to team members.

  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Desk, and Creator).
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho.
