Job Title: Infrastructure Assurance Specialist

A motivated and curious individual with a software engineering mindset is sought to bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring site reliability, monitoring performance, handling alerts, and supporting emergency responses.

The successful candidate will have domain knowledge in card payments and experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, NoSQL & SQL databases, distributed systems, microservices, Unix tooling, scripting skills, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance per client tooling and standards.
  • Engage in the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet availability, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Monitor system metrics and health, analyze reports, and support production and in-house systems.
  • Lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and perform post-incident reviews.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, Java, Go, or similar, and have strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skills. This role offers opportunities for process improvement and professional growth within the program.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
