Seeking an Auditor & Admin Assistant to join our team.

A highly skilled professional with expertise in financial analysis, auditing, and administration is required for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, as well as providing exceptional administrative support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion. They will also have a proven track record of working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit completed jobs in Transportation Management System (TMS) and client portals
  • Identify and report discrepancies in financial records
  • Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Provide executive administrative support
Requirements:
  • Formal accounting education (degree or professional certification)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and Azure (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and auditing capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and negotiations
  • Professional demeanor when receiving feedback
