Engineering Manager Position

This role is responsible for overseeing and directing engineering projects, focusing on timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations. They will also collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver innovative and efficient lighting solutions.

  • Project Management: Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor and control project progress to ensure timely delivery and within budget;
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards; conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations of engineering deliverables;
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering license/certification, and minimum 1–7 years of experience in engineering management. Proficiency in lighting design software, strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Electrical Engineering License/Certification preferred;
  • Minimum 1–7 years of experience in engineering management;
  • Proficiency in lighting design software;
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
