Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies, and other miscellaneous transactions with accuracy and precision.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all transactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduates
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English language
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
