Junior Accounts Payable Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing necessary transactional processing and meeting key performance indicators.

  • Analyze and process various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process developments and changes, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve queries and escalate issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, IFRS, or applicable GAAP standards.

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable, preferably in a shared service center environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any business-related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly invoice and payable processing.
  • Promptness in handling queries from suppliers and internal customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
