Financial Manager

This role involves overseeing our clients' financial activities, preparing taxes, and providing expert advice on financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients, including accounts payable and receivable
    • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
    • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small businesses
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
    • Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and financial planning to minimize tax liabilities
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze clients' financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
    • Provide recommendations for budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Client Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial situation and tax obligations
    • Address client inquiries and provide solutions related to tax and financial issues
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organize and maintain financial documents and ensure they are readily available for audits or reviews
    • Collaborate with other team members to support overall financial operations
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial analysis
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in accounting software
