Job Overview

The Accounting Manager oversees internal finance and accounting operations, encompassing bookkeeping, financial reporting, control systems, cash flow management, and tax compliance.

Main responsibilities include daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.

  • Lead and manage internal finance and accounting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Develop and analyze core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Tax and Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file U.S. corporate tax returns and ensure adherence to applicable tax regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors when necessary.

HR and Administrative Support:

  • Maintain proper filing systems for contracts, invoices, and corporate records.
  • Assist in preparing and sending contract templates and related documents.

Process Improvement and Leadership:

  • Design and implement internal control systems to strengthen financial discipline.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial or senior role.
