**Job Opportunity: Senior B2B Copywriter**

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior copywriter to craft impactful B2B content across various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end copy for outbound campaigns and organic/paid social posts.
  • They will create messaging frameworks, hooks, angles, and calls-to-action (CTAs) tailored to specific industries and buyer stages.
  • Additionally, they will ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and threads for executives, as well as craft carousels, short video scripts, and captions.
  • Another key responsibility is creating campaign assets, such as sequences, direct messages, InMails, snippets, landing page headlines, and ad copy.
  • The ideal candidate will also be tasked with A/B testing subject lines, openers, value propositions, and CTAs, and then iterating based on performance data.
  • Maintenance of a weekly content calendar and repurposing high-performing content across channels are also essential duties.
  • Collaboration with strategy, research, and sales development teams is necessary to ensure alignment on targeting and offers.
  • Lastly, the selected candidate should leverage AI tools for research, brief creation, and variations, while maintaining originality in their final copy.
Performance Metrics
  • The successful candidate will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including reply rate, booking rate, click-through rate, engagement, and follower growth.
