**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth through the automation of processes and development of quantitative analyses.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for complex Ecommerce solutions.
  2. Analyze and optimize business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practices for process enhancements.

**Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software and integrations.
  • Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a plus.

**Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or technology.
  2. A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  3. Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
