  2. Download and distribute purchase order information to suppliers via email.
  3. Monitor expediting mailbox for internal and external responses and action.
  4. Call internal and external teams to follow up on unanswered emails or gain more insight into unresolved inquiries.
  5. Update and maintain accurate delivery dates in our database.
