About the role

IMDS SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform accurate data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
  2. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
  3. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  4. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
  5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
  7. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
