Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Admin to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses within the company.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure timely payments as orders progress. They will also oversee credit card expense categorization, assist with employee reimbursements, and support the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate bill processing in QuickBooks Online.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Work-from-Home set-up. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software, and a strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses.
  • Categorize credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into QBO.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
