Job Title: Compliance Assistant Manager

About the Role

The AGS Compliance Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between the QA, Compliance, and Operations departments. They will report directly to the Support Manager and oversee the activities of the compliance team at AGS. The role involves coordinating with the QA department on delivering corrective feedback to the production floor based on findings related to regulatory compliance and areas of opportunity for positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the compliance team's activities to ensure efficiency and quality of work
  • Coordination with the QA department on delivering corrective feedback to the production floor
  • Ensuring procedural updates dictated by the Compliance Department are effectively communicated to the training department and implemented with affected staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Previous experience in call center BPO, with at least 5 years of experience
  2. At least 2 years of assistant managerial experience
  3. Previous experience doing employee training with a focus on delivering corrective action
  4. Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am)
