Elevate-and-delegate is looking for an individual who can conduct market research, including competitor analysis, industry research, and data-driven insights into niche subject areas. You will lead financial modeling and valuation analyses, transforming raw financial data into actionable transaction structuring and LBO models. You will also develop high-quality client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research, analyzing competitors, industries, and data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial models, creating actionable plans for M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Design and deliver high-quality client-facing materials, effectively communicating complex ideas to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and exceptional deliverables.
  • Participate in recruiting and firm-building initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable roles (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure considered).
  • Strong academic credentials preferred but not required.
  • Technical expertise in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with the ability to adapt and learn new tools and concepts.
  • Professional presence, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, with a high degree of independence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client relationship management, directly working with clients, communicating with them, providing services, and addressing client-related matters independently.
