Marketing Automation Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing systems and workflows. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of various tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more.

You will automate tasks, improve lead flow, and deliver clean, actionable data. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented system thinker who enjoys working behind the scenes to streamline processes and drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Tech Stack Administration: Administer and manage multiple tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more.
  • Automation and Streamlining: Design and implement workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign processes.
  • Campaign Technology Support: Set up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Lead Management and Attribution: Maintain accurate data, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Reporting and Insights: Create dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
What Success Looks Like:

In 30 days, you will understand the business, tech stack, and how systems connect.

In 60 days, you will actively improve workflows and manage data operations.

In 90 days, you will confidently own systems, fix issues, and ship improvements.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key tools include Slack, Gmail, Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Clay, Hex, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Gravity Forms, and Looker.
