Lead Generation and Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation and Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers who can benefit from our commercial finance solutions.

About the Role
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with senior business finance specialists to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and lending partners.
  • Share insights, lead quality feedback, and trends with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value.
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Passion for helping small businesses grow.
