Paid Media Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager to lead our paid media strategies. This role is both strategic and hands-on, managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on clients in the Australian market.
This role involves working closely with our client partners and performance directors to manage day-to-day campaign execution, including monitoring, optimising, and analysing performance, as well as identifying opportunities for testing and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of campaign management but also be able to expand their strategic influence within a high-performing agency environment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across multiple paid media platforms
- Monitor and track paid ad campaign budgets to ensure proper pacing and performance
- Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting related to paid media campaign performance
- Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies
- Collaborate with the Performance Director on account strategy
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns
- Proven experience running paid ad campaigns for Australian clients
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
