Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to join our Securities Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the associated modules throughout all software layers, from customer-specific configuration for our SaaS clients, the Avaloq Banking Standard (ABR/S) for various markets, down to the innermost core development for each of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing solution designs for new developments and implementing new business functionality on the appropriate software layer. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues both within and outside the team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To develop solution designs for new developments and have them reviewed with technical leads and architects
  • To implement new business functionality on the appropriate software layer and add automated tests
  • To take ownership of your modules, work with colleagues to maintain functionality, and ensure seamless integration
  • To contribute to the improvement of existing software solutions and processes
