Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance including encoding documents, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Collate information, prepare reports, and ensure timely logistics provision.
  • Monitor division plans, report progress, and organize events.
  • Lead workplace programs, promote team camaraderie, and handle communication cascades.
  • Manage budgets, maintain confidentiality, and decide on disclosure levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related field with above-average academic performance.
  • At least two years of work experience, including one year as an executive assistant.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
