The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs, learning systems, and employee growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Leadership Development Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and design targeted interventions to meet business requirements.
  • Deliver and evaluate leadership programs using appropriate learning modalities such as instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning.
  • Report learning outcomes and effectiveness to stakeholders to inform future program development.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Manage user accounts and learning records on LMS platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and JFC Learning Web.
  • Serve as the main liaison with regional and global teams for LMS initiatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure timely execution and compliance with global LMS requirements to meet regulatory standards.
Individual Development Plan (IDP) Management
  • Consolidate and validate IDPs; curate learning solutions to meet individual employee needs.
  • Source and evaluate external training providers to offer high-quality learning opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate IDP records for analysis and decision-making to inform talent development strategies.
Program Management & Global Liaison
  • Lead implementation of regional and global learning and development programs to drive business results.
  • Represent the organization in global workgroups and localize program rollouts to ensure effective engagement and participation.
  • Ensure high participation and alignment with strategic goals to meet business objectives.
Learning Events & Project Management
  • Organize and manage learning events from planning to post-event evaluation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing and performance to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Ensure budget adherence and achievement of learning objectives to meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, or Education is preferred.
  • Completed trainings in Learning Design and Development or Instructional Design are highly valued.
  • At least five years of experience as a learning and development practitioner is required.
  • At least three years of experience in leadership development is desired.
  • Must be proficient in end-to-end learning design and development, at least proficient on the general functions of learning management systems.
  • Strong ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Agile adopter of technology and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Self-starter with strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup is required.
