Job Title: Executive Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team at Presam Construction & General Services Inc.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and cover letters to identify top talent and schedule interviews.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Knowledgeable in different job portals and proficient in MS Office working tools.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Persistent, flexible, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work effectively in diverse teams and proficient in report writing.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Additional leave, health insurance, pay raise, and promotion to permanent employee.
  • Detailed benefits package, including mandatory benefits as required by law.

Work Environment:

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Resident of Cainta Rizal or nearby areas.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
