Operations Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing private company financials, evaluating data to determine alignment with investment criteria, and managing CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong English fluency, financial analysis experience, and proficiency with Excel and CRM tools. They will also be comfortable making outbound phone calls and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and identify key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate data to determine investment potential and provide recommendations.
  • Manage customer relationships through CRM systems.
  • Communicate with investors and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as follow-ups and scheduling.
