Job Overview

The Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in driving financial discipline, clarity, and scalability within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and executing a standardized monthly close process to deliver accurate and insightful financials.
  • Maintaining and optimizing cash flow strategy through a 12-month rolling cash forecast updated weekly.
  • Leading forecasting and budgeting across the business by planning and launching the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.
  • BUILDING SCALABLE FINANCIAL SYSTEMS AND OPERATIONAL WORKFLOWS BY DOCUMENTING CORE FINANCE WORKFLOWS AND IMPLEMENTING STREAMLINED SYSTEMS FOR EXPENSE APPROVALS, REIMBURSEMENTS, TRAVEL BOOKING, AND COMPANY CARD USAGE.
  • Driving profit optimization across departments by delivering monthly EBITDA analysis and partnering with leaders to implement impactful initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred) and 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Possessing a strong educational foundation in finance and accounting principles, as well as relevant work experience, is essential for success in this position.
