Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a developer's mindset to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting workflow bugs, integration issues, form logic problems, and edge-case scenarios within our CRM and automation platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Australian-based team to provide hands-on technical support, investigate user-reported problems, configure and test automations, triggers, forms, and custom workflows. Strong written communication skills will enable effective communication with clients via text-based communication.

Key qualities of the ideal candidate include proactive problem-solving, thinking outside the box, operating with a high level of detail, and combining AI with independent critical thinking. Self-starters who can dig into problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions are encouraged to apply.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for Go High Level issues
  • Investigate user-reported problems and pinpoint root causes
  • Configure, test, and refine automations, triggers, forms, and custom workflows
  • Collaborate with internal development and implementation teams

To succeed in this role, you should have solid hands-on experience with Go High Level, a developer's mindset, basic programming skills, and minimum 2 years in a technical support/helpdesk role.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. We require candidates to be available for meetings and collaboration during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours and disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
