Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive marketing professional to support our client's Shopify efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience in both technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, can manage shifting priorities, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters using Klaviyo
  • Incorporating graphics using Photoshop and Canva templates
  • Ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency
  • Tracking metrics and providing feedback for ongoing optimization
  • Uploading new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes)
  • Writing and editing SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles
  • Maintaining page formatting and consistency across products
  • Supporting collection cleanup, blog post edits, and merchandising updates
  • Edit product and marketing images in Photoshop
  • Repurposing Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals
  • Assisting with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Shopify, including product uploads, product page creation, and SEO-optimized descriptions. They will also be skilled in using Asana to manage daily tasks and familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent.
