Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our finance team at Sagan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Enter financial transactions into our accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and summaries, providing insights into our company's financial performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with our finance team to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems, ensuring seamless access to critical financial information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and technology, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
