Overview of the Role

The Financial Operations Coordinator is a crucial member of our team at Kelin Graphics System Corp., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Safeguarding all accountable documents, including SO, SI, CR, and PR, to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Converting confirmed shipments in Acumatica into invoices and printing transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Issuing sales invoices and receiving physical payments from customers, while maintaining related collection documents.
  • Receiving collections from drivers and verifying supporting documents for completeness, dates, and signatures.
  • Securely storing PDCs and depositing them upon maturity, as well as preparing deposit slips for cash and check collections.
  • Converting recorded credit memos into invoices and assisting clients with inquiries, taking orders, and inputting data into Acumatica when needed.
  • Ensuring the completeness and timely distribution of documents.
