About This Opportunity

You will join a collaborative team working on creating scalable solutions for our products. Our tech stack is built with Elixir and Phoenix, using a Postgres database. We leverage React and Next.js for the frontend, GitLab for version control and CI/CD, and host on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of major projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to product development, provide feedback, and suggest enhancements
  • Maintain knowledge of product and engineering domains
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared codebase
  • Debug, resolve issues, and propose platform improvements
  • Mentor engineers and participate in hiring discussions, support rotations
  • Design maintainable APIs
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Backend Engineer with Elixir
  • Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
