Senior Software Developer

Our team is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development of scalable digital products using React and Node.js.

This role will be responsible for translating complex UI/UX designs into responsive, maintainable front-end code. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and developing robust server-side applications and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).

They should also be skilled in designing and managing data workflows using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). A strong understanding of building reusable, modular front-end components and libraries across multiple projects is required.

The successful candidate will optimize performance, reliability, and security across both client and server-side.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate early-stage concepts is also essential.

Additionally, you will ensure web applications are accessible, mobile-optimized, and browser-compatible.

Maintaining clean, well-documented, and testable code throughout the development lifecycle is crucial.

Mentoring junior developers and helping shape engineering best practices is also a key responsibility.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong focus on Node.js and React.js, and strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.

Proven experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration, as well as skills in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) are also essential.

Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context) and proficiency with Webpack, Babel, Git, and other build/version control tools are highly desirable.

Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is also beneficial.
