The Safety Section Head will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety programs across Manila Water Total Solutions, Corp. This role requires a strong understanding of local and international health and safety regulations and standards, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective health and safety programs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop documented and complete health and safety policies and procedures based on corporate and regulatory specifications.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports on safety and health, and prevent any possible violation.
- Implement accident prevention and management plans, including timely reports submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Accredited DOLE OSH Consultant or Practitioner.
- Deep knowledge of legal requirements relating to health and safety.
