Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Procurement Planning: Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Quotation (RFQ) documents to obtain proposals and quotations in coordination with the project team for large-scale projects.
  • Vendor Management: Interface with partners, vendors, and subcontractors for the RFP/RFP process, ensuring timely submission of proposals and quotations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Analyze and compare the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of each partner, vendor, or subcontractor and report to the Project Manager.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Prepare draft supply contracts and negotiate terms and conditions in coordination with the Project Manager and internal legal representative.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Coordinate with the procurement team for internal approval and purchasing order issuance.
  • Time Management: Plan and coordinate with suppliers about delivery timelines and methodologies, such as Incoterm and shipping modes, in alignment with project schedules advised by the Project Manager.
  • Problem-Solving: Monitor delivery from vendors and report to the Project Manager if any delays are observed.
  • Logistics Expertise: Coordinate with logistics companies for international transportation, importation, customs clearance, and domestic delivery to project sites.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper operation of the warehouse, including inventory tracking and management.
