The Procurement Officer will play a key role in ensuring that all materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to accurately forecast procurement needs
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, vendor networks, and procurement processes.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering is required. Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in the construction or real estate development industries is also required.
