OVERVIEW

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic professional with in-depth knowledge of construction procurement, vendor negotiations, and supply chain optimization. The position will play a key role in ensuring that all materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and delivered in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience within the construction or real estate development industries.
  3. Strong understanding of construction materials, vendor networks, and procurement processes.
  4. Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to accurately forecast procurement needs.
  4. Oversee the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  5. Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance files.
  6. Track and evaluate supplier performance, resolving any issues related to delivery, pricing, or product quality.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  8. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Type: Full-Time

Set-Up: On-Site

Location: Makati City (Main Office) and Cavite City (Site)

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000
